This is a one-riddim compilation. It contains some of the best singers from late 80’s : Screwdriver, Horace Martin, Anthony Redrose, Echo Minott. There are also a rare DJ woman; Junie Ranks, two bad DJs; Louie Culture and Ashman and an obscure bad bad singer Yellow Bird.

The riddim is not very heavy but similar to the recently repress dancehall bubbler riddim.

This LP has been distributed by Tuff Gong but produced by Bobby “Digital” Dixon for Kangal records. For those who don’t know him, Bobby Digital (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Dixon_(musician)) was one of the King Jammy’s engineers during 80’s. After working with Jammy, he founded, the well-known label; Digital B. I think it is not necessary to present this label.

Here is a very very underestimate compilation. It has been published by Mango, but produced by Whitfield "Witty" Henry for Music Master.

For those who don't know Witty Henry and his several labels: Music Master, Witty. He was a New York based producer and he ran the shop called Music Master.
Despite he was in NYC, his productions sound from Jamdown. He has recorded many many big artists: Echo Minott, Wayne Smith, Tonto Irie, Shakademus, Nicodemus,Sluggy, Pad Anthony.
And his productions are very sought-after (http://www.popsike.com/php/quicksearch.php?searchtext=witty&thumbs=&x=0&y=0).
And this compilation, despite of its awful jacket and name, contains one of the most wanted tunes from Mr Witty:
- "Robert Ffrench - rock and come in" on chase vampire riddim
- "Robert Ffrench - don't let me down" on E20 riddim, MY FAVOURITE DIGITAL RIDDIM originated by Jammy for Wayne Smith on his now famous sleng teng album (http://digitalmidigital.blogspot.com/2009/03/wayne-smith-sleng-teng-1986.html)
- "Echo Minott - no jolly bus"
In addition there is a good tune of Junior Wilson a long time partner of Witty Henry, on tempo riddim, and two others on the african beat riddim. For dub crackheads there are in addition the dubs of the E20, Chase Vampire, No Jolly bus credited to Mr Tony Asher.
