Yes, we have linked up with the great Delroy Francis a.k.a. Park Heights for a second round of exclusive Deadly Dragon 7" reissues . These reissues are both limited to 500 pieces and were mastered directly from the original master tapes and pressed right here in NYC in high quality VINYL!!!!!!!!!!
First up is the great SLUGGY RANKS with PREJUDICE
Sluggy Ranks was one of the greatest vocalists of NYC's Digital Renaissance of the 1980s. While he cut brilliant tunes for a variety of producers at the time, we found his work for Delroy Francis and the Park Heights label to simply be stellar. "Prejudice" came out originally on a PARK HEIGHTS 12" and was not included on his LP for the label. For this reissue we are releasing the tune for the first time on 7"vinyl. We cut the stamper with Delroy Francis directly from the original master tapes and pressed it right here in New York in lovely, high quality vinyl!
Second up is Roland Burrell with DON'T THINK ABOUT TOMORROW - A blistering cut sharing the same riddim as NUTHEAD's TENEMENT YARD which we reissued a few months back.
